Just a note to advise you we gladly renewed our maintenance contract with your firm. While the Board usually shies away from such contracts because most of them are merely expensive insurance policies, the board feels the contract with your firm is truly a maintenance contract. The scheduled maintenance and inspections are something rarely seen with other’s contracts and it appears to be helping to keep our system more stable. It is also reassuring to have someone “in the know” keeping an eye on our software upgrades. The response we have received for any needs or questions over the past year has been outstanding and we look forward to many more years of association with your firm. For once we feel as if we are getting something for our money other than our names on a list.
