RPSS recently began installation of a new Solacom Emergency Services Platform (ESP) solution for the Union County Emergency Communications District in Florida.  The configuration includes a combination Selective Router and ANI/ALI call processing system with three Guardian operator positions.  Additionally, RPSS will be implementing a 911 DataMaster ALI solution for the County’s local ALI database.  The Solacom ESP platform is i3 compliant and will provide Union County with a seamless and cost effective migration to Next Generation capabilities as they become available.
