This is a list of responsibilities that RPSS will perform under an onsite maintenance contract.
- On-site and remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of TCI Systems software and hardware.
- Labor to replace any in-warranty or out-of-warranty hardware that is covered by agreement.
- Provide notification of any available new software releases that site is entitled to under TCI software maintenance agreements.
- Work with TCI Product Services Group in the installation of any needed upgrades.
- Remotely monitor site after upgrades for correct functionality
- Quarterly preventative maintenance visits to site that include:
- Evaluation of all workstation and server computer hardware
- Check hard drives for performance and storage space availability
- Verify proper TDD operation on all workstations
- Verify distribution of calls over all trunks (no dead trunks)
- Verify proper operation of Database Replication
- Verify that database cleanup functionality in TCI software is effective
- Inspect and replace any damaged cables with headset/handset interface (does not include headset or headset cords)
- Verify 48 volt power supply voltage level and failover capability
- Review system and alarm logs for possible trouble indicators
- Review speed dials and associated lists with supervisor for any needed changes
- Review Call Logs for obvious problems
- Make sure that all needed MIS reports are working with administrator
- Inspect and verify proper operation of ALI circuits
- Inspect and clean filters and fans where applicable
- Make sure that backup of database is completed
