The Pickens County E9-1-1 Board recently contracted with RPSS to supply the District with a new IP Capable Call Taking solution for their 9-1-1 center in Carrollton, Alabama. The project will include a single backroom Sentinel Patriot system with three Call Taking positions. A DataMaster Local ALI system will also be deployed to support up to 10,000 subscriber records along with a new Spectracom Netclock Server for network time synchronization. Implementation is scheduled to start first quarter 2012.
